Training Administrator

Our client in Knowsley are currently seeking a Training Administrator to join the business on a temporary basis for nine months. The company are a plant and machinery hire business who offer various training course; you will be working within the training team supporting with day-to-day administration tasks. On offer is a basic salary of £20,000 working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

The main duties of a Training Administrator are:
Assist in the scheduling and co-ordination of training courses and ensure all courseware is available
Support team in providing a quality training service to clients
Maintaining and updating the internal systems
Processing customer requests relating to bookings and enquiries/availability
Management of online trainer diaries
Raising of purchase orders from customers
Providing costings breakdowns to customers
Support in the planning of courses – booking venues, arranging lunches and equipment
Management of course paperwork, handling registrations and distributing certificates/qualifications
Putting together course timetablesTo apply for the position of Training Administrator:
Ideally you will have similar experience within a training environment however those with a strong office administration background will be seriously considered
Be happy to work independently at times
