We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our Medical division. Our main interest is in the type of person you are, rather than your experience. This role would suit someone who is proactive, and is not afraid to take ownership of the role. Someone who is highly organised, with great communications skills, a good eye for detail and a keen interest in making the role your own.

The day to day of a Medical recruitment desk is very fast paced. Doctors are busy bees, and things such as shifts booked or Doctors' availability tend to change frequently, and very quickly.

You would report in to an experienced consultant who looks after the business development. A big part of your role involves communicating with Medical practices and Doctors, over the phone and via email, regarding Doctor's shifts. There is a constant flow of information that needs to be understood, recorded and actioned – frequently.

Depending on the type of person you are, the progression route for this role could lead into a Senior Resourcing Administrator position or a Medical Resourcer position it is entirely up to you how this goes, provided that you deliver on all aspects of the job. If you have an interest in progressing into a recruitment role, this option can also be on explored, for the right person.

Main duties:

Coordinating / updating shifts according to Doctors' / clients' needs

Data entry

Compliance – Updating Doctors' Records

Organising and updating documents

Updating database, spreadsheets and files.

Liaising with doctors / clients over phone, email and LinkedIn, etc.

Chasing timesheets / invoices from Doctors

Monitoring and recording information

Booking shifts on the CRM system

Campaigns to attract new Doctors (Calling people on our CRM, asking for referrals etc.)

Writing Adverts


Good IT and communication

Willingness to learn

Able to multitask

Excellent telephone manner
