Engage Talent Partners are working on an exclusive project to recruit a Trainee Planner for our client in Aberdeen. This is a permanent position and will offer challenge and responsibility within a growing business.
Reporting to the Service Director, the role of Trainee Planner will be responsible for scheduling and planning work for engineers across Scotland. This is an important role within the business and our client are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, organised and have a good work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer service is key for this role, you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis assisting them with their needs.
* You will be organising work for engineers, considering urgency, priorities, geography, and engineer skill set.
* You also need to be confident in driving the work you allocate through to completion.
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are expected, both internally and externally.
* Accurate data entry ensuring all work is carried out successfully.
* Attention to detail, initiative and problem solving to meet customer deadlines.
* You will be responsible for various locations across Scotland.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a customer service role and be able to make quick decisions. You must be organised with good attention to detail and bring a positive, enthusiastic approach to a busy and challenging role.
