Overview
Red Recruitment Group urgently require an experienced long wheel based van driver for a temporary 7 weeks position in the Aylesford area.
The role is expected to last 7 weeks to cover a permanent driver recovering post operation.
The position is working for a very busy automotive distribution company.
The main requirements of the roles are:
Delivery driving using a Mercedes Sprinter Extra Long Wheel based 3.5T Van
Full UK Drivers licence – ideally clean wth no previous convictions, and over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
Quality inspection
Manual handling
Following specific product identification codes
Loading and offloading products to and from delivery vehicle.
Any other general delivery driver related duties as required.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 05:00 – 14:30
Plus every other Saturday 08:00 – 13:00
£11.44 per hour – Average 45 hour working week
