the role.

We are looking for 2 Temporary Customer Service Executives to work within a lovely company based at Ransomes Europark.  These positions are to assist the business through a busy time.  You will provide a front-line service to their customers and the position will be for approximately 2 months.  

Hours available are 8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

Day to day tasks will be:-

•    Answering incoming telephone calls, transferring the calls or taking detailed messages 

•    Logging calls on the internal system and issuing confirmations

•    Answering queries where possible

•    Providing excellent customer service including acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

what we’re looking for.

We need good IT skills including the use of MS packages, as a Customer Service Executive you must of course have an excellent telephone manner, good written and data entry skills along with the ability to work within a team, whilst being proactive in your work.
