Overview
Our client is a leading supplier of soft drinks to various industries across the Uk. Due to continual growth and product demand the are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Advisor to join its busy team at its facility in the Dudley area.
The candidate will be required to liaise with our existing client base and successfully follow up sales transactions and support the Office Manager with administration duties.
Tasks will include –
-Handling high volumes of calls
-Processing card payments
-Data entry
-Producing weekly and monthly reports
-Assisting the accounts department
-General administration
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Knowledge of Sage 50 preferred.
Knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Excel preferred.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment is essential.
Good ability with basic Maths
Ability to multitask.
Ability to work under pressure.
