Overview

We are looking for a Technical Support Officer/ Administrator to assist the licensing department at a Local Authority based in Hertfordshire.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Process incoming enquiries regarding licensing

– Complete relevant administrative tasks, for example validating applications and updating databases

– Maintain and develop professional relationships with license holders and applicants

Candidate requirements:

– Previous experience of working within a similar customer service and administrative role
