Overview

We are looking for an extremely organised administrator who has previous work experience organising and scheduling engineers (or similar) or undertaking contracts administration in a fast-paced service centre. You must be able to work 08:00 – 5pm Monday to Friday and have accurate PC skills as you will be dealing with clients and engineers, updating job sheets onto an in-house CRM and learning how to use bespoke scheduling software.

Your duties will be wide reaching and varied as there are only 3 in the support team, so you must be comfortable getting involved in everything from dealing with inbound enquires, scheduling services and issuing revisions to contracts, you will also be entering job sheets onto the system, raising invoices and ordering parts and couriers – attention to detail, great listening skills and accurate data entry will all be critical to this role.
