Job Title: Talent Administration
Contract: Temporary (potential to go permanent)
Office/WFH Spilt: 2 days from home 3 days in the office (once trained after 4 weeks)
Salary: £10.00-£11.50per hour
Location: Coalville, LE6Purpose

You will be tasked with supporting the talent team with a number of administrative duties, from cleansing and analysing recruitment data, scheduling interviews for potential candidates and possibly getting involved in screening candidates if this is an area your interested in. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the areas largest employer to develop your administration skills in a professional environment

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing recruitment administration support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities.
Assist on data entry related projects to help identify patterns and trends in recruitment data
Assist with recruitment and the interview process.
Edit and post job vacancies to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and within the specified time-frame(s) with proper approval channels.
Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews for Candidates
Manage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval.
Provide other administrative support to recruiters as needed.Criteria

Previous experience in an office based environment is desirable
Experience in an administrative capacity is desirable
Able to commute to Coalville 3 times a week
Comfortable using Google software & relevant packages (docs, sheets etc)Whats in it for you?
