An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a busy and prestigious 3D art studio based in Stroud on a permanent basis.

In this role you will offer high levels of accurate admin to the business. We are looking someone who can be flexible in their approach and can lead the administration in supporting the production and client facing teams in delivering the overall goals of the business.

You will be joining a fun and friendly team and will cover the following key areas within the studio:

Minute Taking
Answering telephone enquires
Aiding in the maintenance of studio facilities and hardware
Health and Safety Awareness and liaison
Travel booking
Arranging collections/deliveries
Administration of calendars
Managing and ordering stock, groceries and stationery etc
Recycling and product waste management 
Managing studio credit card payments/receipts and PO issues
Managing petty cash spending for the studio and accounting for all purchases
Raising Purchase Orders
Receiving deliveries, distribution and marking received on database and PO's in question 
Maintaining artwork database
Audit assistance
Data entry
Aiding warehouse with any additional administration and artwork movementsTo be successful in this role you will ideally have:

A proactive and have a flexible approach to work.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
Effective at problem solving, using both common sense and initiative.
Clean driving licence.
High IT capability across a variety of software and packages, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Mac user preferable
Adobe suite knowledge advantageous but non-essential
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Exemplary personal conduct at all times.This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-5 position offering a starting salary of 22k-26k dependant of experience.
