Smart Solutions are working with a growing business, at their site based in Swansea. A new opportunity has arisen to join their team as an Site Administrator. The role will be working within an industrial environment, where you will provide support with data entry, minute taking, updating reports and other clerical duties.

Duties of Site Administrator:

* Quality check documents

* Ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date

* Provide data reports as and when required

* Receiving telephone calls and queries, taking messages and redirecting calls as required

* Note taking at meetings

* Manage the site T&A system

Requirements of Site Administrator:

* Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Efficiently work towards deadlines and multitask

* Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role

* Good attention to detail
