This client has wide portfolio of brands in the wellness and personal sector. You will oversee 3 of these brands that specialise in the beauty market.
Description
The key responsibilities for this role include:
Develop new products briefed by Marketing team in accordance with company's target costs and supplier matrix
Create rapport with internal teams and liaise effectively with each as required
Communicate briefs in correct format for suppliers
Obtain quotations and samples
Negotiate costs with vendors and prepare gross margin calculation for internal approval
Create clear CPA's and ensure teams follow through with tasks by key dates
Prepare information for Monthly NPD Gate meetings to update company on projects
Ensure all products are tested and approved by Regulatory department
Engage with Quality Assurance upon sample approvals
Handover product information to Purchasing team to place orders
NPD data entry into Stock system
Escalate issues promptly to line managers
Work on re-sourcing projects as requiredProfile
The successful candidate :
At least 4 years' experience in NPD Project Management
Experience with Asian and European supply base
Excellent Project management skills
Organised and detailed person
Good communication skills
Ability to think independently and come up with solutions
Experience in FMCG: false nails, false lashes, accessories professional products desirableJob Offer
