Concept Care Solutions are looking for a senior international recruitment consultant to join our expanding international recruitment team!
This role is a hybrid role working from home and our office in Watford
Key tasks:
* To Train and Support International Recruitment Consultants and Administrators
* Good knowledge of Home Office Sponsorship Management System and Guidance
* Interview and short listing potential candidates
* To build and maintain key relationships with various stakeholders
* Business development and networking
* Dealing with compliance and visa regulations
* Working within International markets
* Organise travel, following the business travel protocol
* To maintain a customer-focused attitude towards duties and to ensure that at all times the needs of all clients are identified and met.
* To provide the client with timely and concise information as required e.g. quotations
* To maximise placements by accurate data entry of availability and bookings and a conscientious use of standby listings
* To manage and maintain and update IQX database software and Share Point
Sales Activities:
* Meet sales/gross profit targets
* Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls
* Client visits – new and service – identify and follow up business leads
* Negotiate fees and rates in line with company policy and comply with approvals and discounts allowed and issue terms of business
* Write and place advertisements on the relevant job boards and on the company system and website
* Ability to pick up the phone and speak to people
