Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and proactive administrator who has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to assist various departments within the company including the installations team and projects team.
You will assist with scheduling engineers and also general administrative and office duties including ordering of stationery and suppliers, dealing with client enquiries, taking minutes, meeting and greeting clients, data entry, facilities management and also reception cover.
This is a varied and busy role within an exciting company.
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
