About us:

Here at LPC Property Maintenance we have a great management team backed by qualified plumbers, electricians, heating technicians and experienced tradesmen ready to carry out repairs and maintenance to both residential and commercial properties.


-Answering customer calls/email’s and enquiries via our portal regarding breakdowns and planned service works

– To allocate jobs to suitable engineers within allocated areas

– Answering general enquiries

– General administration – including data entry, answering telephone calls, cover as required

– Schedule engineers’ diaries

– General administrative tasks

– Have worked in a fast paced environment, ability to multi-task

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Great telephone manner

– Customer and team focused

– Must be computer literate

– Excellent organisational skills

Skills required:

-Good organisational skills

-Good communication skills

-Attention to detail

– Knowledge of computer systems such as Outlook, Word, Excel

-Good telephone manner

Location & Hours:

-Working Hours Monday to Friday 08:30-17:30

Salary & Benefits:

-£20,000 – £25,000
