The key task of the 1st Line Engineer is to be the first point of contact for all customers, whenever they have issues or requests with their IT services, via phone, email or face-to-face.

We understand that for our business to grow, our people must grow.

The key purpose of this role is to digitally scan and index our lending files and to ensure that all inbound post and customer related documentation is available within the agreed SLA. Using the most up to date technologies whilst providing the necessary archive services to meet regulatory requirements.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* To Scan and index new and historical lending files/documents into the in-house digital file warehouse in line with GDPR Regulations

* Dispose of paper records at the end of their retention period in a secure manner and in line with GDPR regulations

* Maintain all relevant records so that necessary information is available promptly

* The role involves heavy lifting of up to 20 kg on a regular basis

Qualifications

Essential Experience

* Strong stakeholder engagement capability with strong verbal and written communication skills

* Good level of IT / technology capability with the ability to operate essential equipment and problem solve when faults occur

* Proven ability to continually identify and highlight process improvements to drive efficiencies and reduce error whilst managing routine and repetitive tasks

* Adaptability to changing business environment and departmental processes

* Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales

* Attention to the finest detail and accurate data entry

* The ability to lift up to 20kg on a regular basis

* Competent user of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel

* GCSE English and Maths grade A-C
