Our Ledbury based client manufacture medical devices and require a temporary admin assistant to start straight away. The assignment will last a minimum of 6 weeks it may go on longer dependant on how the candidate gets on my client do have a tendency to keep people on if they prove to be reliable and hardworking
Sales Support Administrator
To help meet the demands of a changing marketplace, we have a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our vibrant sales team!
We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator who will be administratively supporting the incoming sales demand.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintaining a high standard of accuracy, ensuring all orders and paperwork are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
* Communicating with customers (updating them on the status of their order either directly or via customer portals)
* Liaising with other company departments (check on product availability and lead times for product manufacture.)
* Recording, monitoring and managing customer complaints through to a resolution
* Filing and archiving all order documentation and handling other department administration
Person Specification:
* Hard-working, dedicated and enthusiastic with the ability to use your initiative confidently
* A great communicator that is able to work well in a team
* Flexible enough to manage multiple tasks at once, taking ownership of the responsibilities and prioritising for a successful outcome
* Able to thrive under pressure, especially when working to tight deadlines
* Experienced in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as internal databases.
* Experience in data entry
Candidates must be aware this vacancy is temporary for a minimum of 6 weeks and requires an immediate start
Starting rate will be between £10.50 per / hour and £11.50 per/hour
Hours of work are as follows:
8.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday
8.30 am – 4.00 pm on Friday
