Job description
We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales Order Processor within an ever-evolving commercial team, based in West Bromwich. Reporting into the Internal Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for maintain acute, up-to-date, and useable information on internal systems.

Duties & Responsibilities: –
Collecting and entering data into internal databases.
 Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
 Taking responsibility to investigate issues to a satisfactory conclusion and communication the results to management.
 Achieve individual targets and contribute fully to achieve departmental response time targets to queries.
 Accountable for all administrative tasks to be completed accurately and on time, including returns, stock checking and analysis.
 Perform administrative tasks such as communicating with clients and customers via e-mail and telephone with any queries.
Skills & Experience: –
 Proven data entry work experience.
 Experience with MS Office and data programs.
 Typing speed and accuracy.
 Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
 Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:30
Friday – 08:30-16:00
