Outline:
My client is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Order Administrator. My client is seeking a Sales Order Processor to join there ever-evolving commercial team, based in West Bromwich. Reporting into the Internal Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for maintain acute, up-to-date and usable information on internal systems. The Job Role:
* Collecting and entering data into internal databases
* Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
* Taking responsibility to investigate issues to a satisfactory conclusion and communication the results to management
* Achieve individual targets and contribute fully to achieve departmental response time targets to queries
* Accountable for all administrative tasks to be completed accurately and on time, including returns, stock checking and analysis
* Perform administrative tasks such as communicating with clients and customers via e-mail and telephone with any queries
* Comply with health and safety procedures keeping the working environment clean and tidy
* Assist through operating best practice in order to meet the requirements of the company standard
* Temporary to Permanent, £22,000 per annum, Monday to Thursday – 08:30-16:30, Friday – 08:30-16:00
Experience/ Requirements:
* Proven data entry work experience
* Experience with MS Office and data programs
* Typing speed and accuracy
* Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
