Overview
Our client based in Thirsk are looking for Sales/Customer Service advisors on a full time permanent basis. You will need experience in a Customer Service based role previously along with Data Entry.
Hours are Monday-Friday 08.30am-17.00pm.
About the role-
Manage reception area, look after visitors entering the building and answer the telephone calls which will then need to be transferred to the relevant departments.
Booking conference room meetings, planning refreshments and keeping track of the diary for all bookings. You will also need to lease with various hotels to book functions planned.
Inputting of orders and production data, requesting prescriptions on the telephone and updating/creating new customer accounts on the system.
Willing to assist in all admin based duties as and when required.
You must be confident on the telephone and also have a high level of experience in admin/data entry
