Founded in 1989 the company has grown into a highly successful international business with offices in London (Wembley), France, Holland and Spain. The company has two divisions: Memory – for computers, phones, cameras and servers & LED Lighting – for home, business and industrial applications. The Role:
We're offering a Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside providing hands-on experience and a variety of other training to help support a candidate's progression within our Sales Team. The apprenticeship will provide the candidate with on-the-job training, product training, as well as formal training – through online and in-person courses – on a range of topics such as Sales, Negotiation, IT Skills, and Digital Marketing.
Successful apprentices will receive a qualification equivalent to a foundation degree/HND and the UK's 1st recognised professional sales qualification.
Successful apprentices will also receive a Sales Certification at Level 4 with the association of professional Sales (APS) which will enable the use of designatory letters and the APS logo to enhance your professionalism and make you stand out from the crowd.
In this role you will be supporting the Sales Team to ensure that all main responsibilities are met – enabling the sales department to run at optimum efficiency.

Reporting to: SALES DIRECTOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
Main Job Responsibilities:
* Quoting our customers prices and delivery dates within guidelines set out by the Account Managers
* Providing product advice to customers, and actively follow up on leads
* Answering incoming calls in a professional manner and communicating effectively with the sales Team to ensure all leads and orders are followed up
* Providing excellent customer service to all customers
* Maintaining and keeping up to date with product knowledge and being technically aware
* Liaising with Product Managers and Warehouses where necessary to ensure delivery schedules are adhered to
* Processing sales orders at a fast and accurate pace to ensure order deadlines are met
* Checking pricing to ensure orders match the relevant price lists
* Booking couriers and arranging collections
* Responding to customer queries and ensuring follow-up actions are completed within the promised time scales
* Issuing and following up RMAs on a daily basis and in a timely manner, ensuring fast liaison with the warehouse
* Liaising with customers regarding debit notes and resolving these in a quick and effective manner
* Liaising with customers regarding invoice queries and resolving these in an agreed timescale with the customer
* Raising credit notes for returns, overcharges and delivery charges
* Helping salespeople with quotes and presentations if required
* Managing backorders via the cross dock facility on Epicor
* Managing all dashboards on Epicor that are relevant to your role
* Any other duties as requested by the company from time to time
Requirements:
* Candidates must be at least 18 years old
* Maths and English GSCE Grade B / Level 5 or above
* A-Level / BTEC / Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualifications
* Must be a team player with strong communication skills
* Friendly with a sense of humour
* Must be target-driven
* Able to work effectively at a busy pace and under pressure
* Must have strong attention to detail
* Determined, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
* Fast and accurate keyboard/data entry skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Must be adaptable, reliable, and punctual
