Sales Administrator – South Kirkby – £22k – £26k + benefits

Our client is a well-established production company based in South Kirkby, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to be based at their office in South Kirkby near Pontefract.

The Role:

* The processing of customer orders and entry on to our clients system

* Liaising with customer on order changes and service challenges

* Communicating with production on changes/issues

* Communication with transport manifest for sales deliveries and liaising with our clients haulage partners

* Communicating with despatch department internally

* General Administrative tasks

* Answering the telephone

Applicants should possess the following skills and experience:

* Experience within an admin or office based role essential

* Excellent attention to detail

* Excellent administration skills

* Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel etc.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
