Overview
We are looking for an experienced sales administrator for a family run manufacturing business in Leeds. Working in a small, friendly team, you will be responsible for processing orders, providing quotations, supporting customers and keeping the system up to date.
We are looking for someone with strong administration skills, a good telephone manner and someone who has excellent attention to detail.

Main duties to include:
* Taking incoming calls from customers
* Updating customers on the progress of their order
* Providing quotations to customers
* Processing orders on the system
* Data entry
* Purchasing raw materials – once trained
* Producing paperwork in order to export goods across Europe
We are looking for:
* Administration experience
* Experience of an order processing system such as SAP is preferred but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail
* Someone who is friendly and has good communication skills

* Basic salary £22k-£25k
* Free, on site parking
* Hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday
