My client is a global leader within the scientific sector who innovate and apply science to ensure the safety and integrity of products and services, and due to their continued success, they are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator, to join their close-knit customer service team who are responsible for the successful completion of customer orders. As their new Sales Administrator you will be responsible for entering orders into the relevant system with agreed timescales and updating customers with delivery dates. 

This is a busy, demanding role where no two days are the same, so you will need to work at pace and have strong, accurate order/data entry experience.  
Duties include:

Making sure customer orders received are entered correctly into the system on the day of receipt or within agreed timescales.
Providing help and advice to customers regarding their orders and ensure On Time In Full delivery targets are and customers informed of any delays in advance.
Communicating with customers by telephone, email and Service Cloud ensuring queries
To be responsible for the daily management of Service Cloud Case ensuring tasks are dealt with and or escalated to ensure response times are within agreed KPI timescales.
Running end of day check reports on the system to ensure that all incoming orders and orders created have been processed to released status and resolve any problem orders.Skills/Experience suitable for this position:

Experience of working in a sales support order processing environment
Strong computing and keyboard skills. Basic Excel and Word
Experience using systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage etc(I would love to see CVs of candidates that have previously worked as Customer Sales Executive, Customer Sales, Sales & Customer Service Assistant, Customer Sales Administrator, Customer Service Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Sales Order Processor)
What can I expect:
Salary £23,000pa – £27,000pa depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits which include bike to work scheme, on site canteen, generous pension plan, health insurance and dental insurance.
