RJ Power Group are recruiting for a dedicated a Sales Administrator to join our growing team. You will be integral to the smooth running and day to day support to RJ Power Networks Business development and Sales Team. You will assist in building and maintaining relationships with external clients and sub-contractors alike to secure and deliver future contracts
Job description – Full Time 40 hours per week
To ensure that financial information relating projects are monitored and controlled within the delivery of projects, you will need to:
* Assist the Business Development Director:
* Compile and record all testimonials received from clients
* Assist in developing presentations required for client meetings
* Assist in client hospitality where required
* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries, responding in a timely manner and passing on messages to the relevant people when required.
* Word processing, including letters and reports
* Providing support with organising meetings, travel, refreshment and other tasks
* Data entry into a range of systems and spreadsheets
* Supporting with financial processes including invoices

Experience/Skills required:
Minimum 2 Years business development/Sales experience Strong Communication Skills
Educated to A level or equivalent
Intermediate MS Office –, Word, Excel, Outlook skills
Time Management skills
Strong organisations and record keeping skills
Work prioritising skills
Full clean driving licence
