Do you have good computer knowledge with excellent attention to detail? We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a well established plastics manufacturer based in Leyland (PR25).

This is permanent position with a salary of £22k per annum working Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (although there is flexibility to work 8am-4.30 or 9-5.30). Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension, free parking and career development!

As Sales Administrator you will be working in a small sales team of 2 others, with responsibility for processing orders through to dispatch to the customer.

This will involve inputting all order details (which are very detailed so keen eye for detail required here!) into Sage – approx. 10-15 orders per day. You will speak with production regularly to ensure the orders are progressing to deadline dates and liaising with customers regarding their orders in a timely manner.

We are keen to hear from applicants with good administrative skills who is detail orientated and organized. Any previous experience as a Sales Administrator would be advantageous, with some knowledge of Sage or other ERP system. Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required for this role with excellent communication skills.
