An extremely successful international law firm, with a fully dedicated office based in Central Bristol only a stone's throw from Temple Meads & on all major bus routes are looking for a Revenue Controller to join their team on a 9 month FTC! You'll be supporting the Revenue Team to deliver a more pro-active revenue control, billing and e-billing services to the firms' partners and fee earners!
You will be working Monday – Friday, Full Time Hours 09.30 – 17.30 pm with the option to work hybrid!

The Revenue Controller role:
Preparing, distributing and compliance with billing SLA's
Meetings with stakeholders regarding Revenue Control to reduce lock-up, ensuring regular billing of matters, queries resolved, and compliance controls are followed
Efficient data entry regarding references, rates etc.
Managing accounts and bill dispatch
General adhoc responsibilities
The ideal Revenue Controller:
Experience working in a finance role within professional services
Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules (SARs) and VAT for law firm billing is ideal
Confident and professional manner
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Good verbal and written communication
High PC literacy with strong systems skills
Experience in the system Aderant Expert would be a strong advantage
Advanced excel skills
