My client a Specialist Recruitment Agency within Watford is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to support a team of Consultants based in very modern offices in Central Watford

The role is very varied and duties including

* Booking Candidates to Register

* Sending out interview confirmations

* Updated adverts on the different job boards

* Dealing with Ad Response

* Ensuring all documentation for Right to Work is held on file

* Checking time sheets are added up correctly and any queries brought to Consultants attention

* Data Entry of time sheets onto Excel

* Dealing with references

* Answering the telephone

* Supporting Consultants on adhoc projects

Experience

* Previous Recruitment Admin exp

* If within Construction would be an advantage

* Confident user of Excel is essential

* Good Prospects

This role is office based 5 days a week
