Monday – Friday
£9.65 – £10.19 per hour
Manpower are looking for reliable and committed individuals who are willing to learn and develop within this role. You must have great attention to detail and be able to work under your own initiative. The position is offering a long term opportunity for the right candidates.
Requirements:
Previous clerical experience or previous experience in a customer facing role
Ability to consider customer/client needs and balance this with required standards and compliance
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills delivered in a professional manner
Use of initiative and ability to work with limit supervision
Effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own workload
Demonstrate the ability to work to strict/conflicting deadlines
Working knowledge of the Electronic Staff Record and online recruitment systems or other electronic people data management systems
Daily duties will include data entry, use of various databases and Microsoft Office packages with a high level of detail. If you are someone who has is great at decision making and has an understanding of GDPR, data protection and knowledge of maintaining confidentiality then get in touch!
