Job description
I am looking to recruit an Office Receptionist to join the business. The appropriate candidate must hold experience within the field stated.
* Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
* Dealing with email enquiries
* Minute Taking
* Diary management
* Data entry, Invoicing, Stock Inventory, Ordering
* Sage and Microsoft Office Experience
* General office duties such as ordering stationary, deliveries, welcoming visitors and supervision of general office amenities.
* Providing administration support to Managers
The candidate will operate Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
The appropriate candidate must be able to demonstrate loyalty, commitment, be hard working and be able to engage in an attentive and friendly way with visitors and other colleagues.
Salary £19-22k
