Overview

Our client has a unique opportunity to join their team as a Quality Health Safety & Environmental Manager within the Contract Catering industry, where you will cover and provide the overview and support for our 3 different units in the UK.
Main Responsibilities:
* To complete HACCP Inspection, Health & Safety Inspections, Environmental Inspections
* Support the local unit with any QHSE requirements
* Updating risk assessments
* Coach and develop the staff in the Unit
* Interact with customers and colleagues
* Adhere to safety measures & complete supplier audits and reviews
* Review findings with the management team & create action plans
* Coordinate and manage the customer audits
* Any other duties as requested by your manager.
Skills and Knowledge:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in QHSE management and food safety, within catering
* Affiliation to a suitable professional body
* Minimum of a Diploma in Food Hygiene
* Experience of strengthening ISO certifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build relationships with customers
* Good analytical skills
* Excellent Excel skills and experience
* Pro-active approach and can-do attitude
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to deliver to strict deadlines
