Job title: Purchase Ledger Clerk (Inside IR35)

Role: Contract to Perm role

Location: Kidderminster

Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Rate: £22,000 p/a / £11.28/ hr PAYE

We require a Purchase Ledger Clerk for an IMMEDIATE start for an international company within the hydraulic market. This role will begin on contract, and following a successful period a permanent positon will be awarded.

What you will be doing:

Enter all supplier invoices, foreign invoices and credits
Check supplier statements and fully reconcile
Handle purchase ledger queries
Complete and file supplier application forms
Enter petty cash receipts and reconcile
Ensure month end deadlines are met
Support other memebers of the accounts team
Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering telephone/emails and other ad hoc duties

Experiences/Skills/Competancies desired:

Use of financial IT systems – Sage Line 50, (in house systems also used)
Foreign exchange and currency knowledge and experience
2-3 years' experience in a similar role
