The role is very much customer focused with emphasis on providing an excellent service, representing the company and being the first point of contact.

– Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries
– Adding to the customer database
– Making sure customer details are correct and up to date
– Arranging site surveys
– Supplying kit to customers in advance of surveys or site visits
– Arrange installations
– Keep the customer updated throughout the process
