Employment: Permanent

Salary: £18,000 – £23,000pa

Smart City Contractors Ltd are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our prestigious company based in the Brighouse area. We are in an expansion phase and looking to grown our team.

Responsibilities

* To assist Managers and Coordinators in providing work to engineers and closing work on client database.

* To provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying to management.

* To maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

* To open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence

* To perform data entry and scan documents

* To manage calendar for Managers

* To assist in resolving any administrative problems

* To run company’s errands to post office and office supply store

* To answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries

* To prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

* To schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers

* maintain office supplies for department

The ideal person

* Good time keeping,

* Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook,

* Good communicator,

Working hours are – Monday to Friday – 07:30 – 4:30pm
