Adecco are delighted to be partnering with our Client based in Shannon, Co.Clare.
We are currently seeking an Administrator for this permanent full-time position.
Administrator role in a mailroom & print production environment.
Key Role Tasks and Activities:
*Mailbox management (multi-language) – scanning and indexing emails using client software, maintaining the mailboxes as per customer requirements
*Customer correspondence printing – print files must be released daily within SLA requirements
*Document packing – all printed correspondence must be packed manually or using mailing machine following processes to ensure accuracy of packing. All post must be prepared for collection daily.
*Mail sorting & processing – post must be sorted, distributed and scanned daily
*Scanning documents using client software including preparation and indexing
*Courier management – inbound and outbound, arranging collections as per customer requests
*Cheque printing – system and manual printing including passing through signing machine and updating records accurately. Strict processes must be followed.
*Mail merge creation and print using Excel and Word
*Data entry – accurate recording of daily volumes for tasks performed
*Customer service – responding to general queries and requests from the customer in a timely manner
*Ad-hoc operational requirements
*Daily SLAs must be met
Essential
*Basic computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook
*Good typing skills
*Good communication skills, verbal and written
*Ability to use own initiative and take direction and feedback
*Good time keeping and attendance
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to follow processes accurately
