Do you thrive working in a busy office environment where no day is the same! We are looking for a PPM Scheduler / Planner to provide a scheduling and support service for our technical engineers and busy service division within our Service office in Medway Park, Rochester Kent.

You will be responsible for scheduling our Service Engineers providing a full admin back up which will include ensuring accuracy is maintained, stock levels and any queries that may evolve.

For this exciting opportunity you will have experience in the following,

* Minimum 3 years’ experience within a customer focused administrative / scheduling / planning role

* Scheduling & planning of engineers / sub-contractors

* Excellent accurate data entry skills

* Issuing & raising of supplier invoices & purchase orders

* Confident telephone manner with clear communication skills both written and verbal

* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask along with a systematic approach to problem solving.
