Salary: £21,000-£24,000 per annum

Payroll & Finance Administrator – The Role:
Working as part of the Human Resources team, the Payroll & Finance Administrator will be responsible for the management of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of the monthly payroll data and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
This role will also support the Finance team with invoice processing and housing and utility related transactions.
Payroll & Finance Administrator – Key Responsibilities:
– Provide information and answer employee questions about payroll related matters
– Manage electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets
– Calculating payable hours, additional payments and deductions
– Maintaining employee records
– Coordinating with the HR team to ensure correct employee data
– Dealing with matters related to invoice processing and other finance tasks
– Providing administrative assistance to the HR and Finance departments as required
Payroll & Finance Administrator – You:
– Educated to GCSE level including Maths & English
– Experience of working in a busy office environment working to deadlines
– Previous payroll and/or finance experience is desirable but not essential
– To be successful in this role you will have accurate data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
