We are currently working on a role based in Epsom, the successful candidate will have experience in working within a busy payroll team and have a working knowledge of payroll and employment legislation. Working daily with Microsoft Office packages it is also vital that the candidate has a strong background in Excel and data entry, with a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

Collecting and collating timesheet information, checking for accuracy and correctness of calculation.
Dealing with national insurance, statutory maternity pays, statutory sick pay administration and queries.
Assisting with reconciliation of nominal ledger accounts for payroll, tax, and national insurance.
Assisting with maintaining full payroll records for pension purposes and administering changes where necessary.

Experience of working with Earnie IQ payroll system would be an advantage, however not essential.
