Saco Limited is a leading manufacturer of aluminium cosmetic components supplying several multi-national clients. Saco is primarily a pressing and anodising Company and has been in operation since 1985.

The Company manufactures over 300 million cosmetic parts per year and exports over 90% globally, through distribution hubs or agencies.

Due to expansion we have the following vacancy.

Payroll Administrator

The focus of this role is to assist in the preparation of the weekly payroll for payment for 200+ employees.

Duties

* Checking employee’s hours worked.

* Calculating overtime and any other payments due.

* Calculating holiday pay.

* Data entry.

* Keep accurate records.

* Produce reports.

* Record and analyse data.

* Undertake any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

Requirements

* Sage Payroll Experience (Sage50)

* Excellent communication skills.

* Team player.

* Ability to use own initiative.

* Organised and able to work accurately and to meet tight deadlines.

* Strong attention to detail.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7.30-4.00

Friday – 7.00 am – 2.00 pm

Salary depending on experience
