Passive Fire Supervisor
£38,000 – £48,000 Per annum
Experience & Skills
* The candidate must have experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years’ experience surveying and installing fire-stopping
* Competent with Fire Door regulations
* Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations.
* Good attention to detail and a person who can prioritise and manage their time effectively.
* Someone with a passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills.
* An individual with the desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards.
* Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works
* Competence in a range of tasks from surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly
* Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works
* Auditing works experience and signing off compliance in accordance with FIRAS accreditation.
* Willingness to spend a mixture of time onsite or in one of our office location – IG7
* As a growing team, we are looking for someone who can build and develop a team around them, training staff to complete a range of Passive Fire Woks under their supervision.
Main duties and responsibilities:
As a QS you will be responsible for the effectiveness of the overall contract, ensuring all KPI’s and goals are met. The main duties include:
* To supervise the effective day to day management of the contract
* Carry out certification validation
* To develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service.
* To provide technical knowledge to the wider team
