Based in Ringwood, I am looking to recruit Order Takers for my client for a 12 week temporary contract. The start date is 6th September.

The role is office based training then moving to a hybrid working module.

Main Purpose of role:

* To deliver an exceptional level of support to the customers.

* Taking orders over the phone for an online clothing catalogue

* Data entry of coupon orders

* Order returns

* Customer service telephone calls

* Managing client emails


* Excellent telephone manner essential

* Passion and commitment to delivering the best customer service experience.

* Excellent soft and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to logically resolve customer requests using tools, acquired knowledge, experience and good judgement.

* Proficient computer skills – Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, email, web browsing.

* Preferably previous experience working in a call centre environment.

* Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Salary: £20280 per annum + bonus

Hours: 40 hours over Monday to Sunday

Shifts generally rotate between 8am to 4.30pm, 9am – 5.30pm or 11.30am -8pm
