Order Processor
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £23,000.
Contract: Full time, Permanent

ROI is a market-leading sales support agency working with the most recognisable brands in the automotive industry including VW Group, LeasePlan, BMW, Nissan, Honda, and Kia. The business provides a range of services designed to help our clients grow their sales including sales prospecting, business centre, virtual account management and customer services.
As our international Business Centre projects expand, we are looking for Order Processors to join our English-speaking team.
What will you do?
• Accurate data entry to meet the required quality and productivity standards, as per customer agreed SLAs
• Responding to lease companies’ communications via email
• Resolving order queries and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, both in writing and over the phone
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Able to prioritise and manage own time to meet service requirements
What are we looking for?
• Experience of high-volume data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail
• Competent PC user including CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to remain professional, calm, and polite when under pressure
• Energetic, able to remain positive and adapt quickly in a changing environment
• Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
• Is proactive and able to work to deadlines
• Customer service orientated
• Works well with a team environment
• Has excellent awareness of GDPR & Compliance
• Previous experience in Customer Service is desirable
• Experience in data entry/order processing would be beneficial
