Responsibilities for Order Processor / Data entry
To collect and input customer orders
Order Entry
Data entry
Order management
Follow up on order related issues via phone, email
Maintain the daily upcoming shipment report to check the stock levels and process orders
Monitor orders to ensure that adjustments to orders are taken care of
Upkeep of administration within Order Processing department
To carry out other duties dedicated by the requirements of the business
