Overview

Roles & Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

* Managing the end to end HS2 induction process for internal and external personnel

* Collating data, managing spreadsheets and weekly reporting using Microsoft Excel

* Data entry on to internal data management systems

* Handling confidential data in line with GDPR

* Document control – processing project induction applications, recording results and maintaining compliance for each section of the project

* Inbound and outbound calls to external site personnel

* Relationship building with external and internal personnel

* Managing customer expectations / Customer service communications via telephone and emails

* Working between the Operator Managers, external on-site personnel, project induction teams and on-site management teams to ensure effective communication and smooth operations on all sides

* Extremely high attention to detail with a passion for getting it right first time

* Strong communicator across all mediums – namely telephone, emails, face to face and social medias
