Office Assistant, £11.50/Hour, Temporary, Shaftesbury

Role Purpose:

As an Office Assistant, for a local Manufacturing company, you'll play an important role of supporting the team with Administration and Reception duties.

You'll benefit from working regular Monday – Friday office hours with no weekend work! This is a great opportunity for someone that has some admin experience looking to get into a friendly office. This is initially a temporary role but has a view of going permanent for the right candidate!

As an Office Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

Managing email correspondence with customer and suppliers
Typing and Data Entry
Answering calls
Filing
All other administration duties as requiredAs an Office Assistant, you'll have:

Administration experience
Experience using Microsoft Office
Good organisation skills
