Our client based in Salford , Greater Manchester are looking for a temporary office administrator to join their team.
Overview
Hours of work 8am-5pm Monday – Friday
Pay – £11.50 – £12.50 per hour dep on exp.

Job Role
Role outline:
• Printing and copying of invoices
• Checking of invoices against purchase orders
• Batching of invoices for payment
• Entering invoices on to PKS
• Filing invoices, purchase orders and other documents in a systematic way to ensure we can locate for auditing purposes, querying and accurate record keeping.
• Other Data Entry
Future scope: Potential for full-time role
Specific skills and experience required:
• IT skills – including Microsoft Office (Excel), Outlook, WebPOS, DPD Portal
• Good numeracy skills in calculating invoice values
• Good attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Proactive with queries and errors in documentation
• Ability to work under pressure
Although this role is initially a temporay ongoing role, there may be a possibility of this becoming permanent in the future.
