Job Title: Office Admin

Location: Rossendale

Pay Range/details: £20,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

My client who works within the engineering and software sector is looking to recruit an Office Admin to come in and help manage the processing of employee expenses.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Sage and Microsoft Office in an admin role.

Key Responsibilities – Office Admin

Handling communications and answering incoming calls from customers and staff
Processing all emails and correspondence efficiently and accurately. Maintaining records.
Processing Employees expenses
Working with sage and Microsoft
Qualifications & Requirements – Office Admin

Good PC skills to include Microsoft office and Sage
Data Entry – fast and accurate.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in a client-driven, busy environment and to prioritise workload.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident with excellent initiative and strong interpersonal skills.
