The Role – Mechanical Site Manager
The initial project is a commercial installation in Central London
* To receive and review drawings and specifications from client or main contractor
* To resolve discrepancies with the client
* To record variations to contract and provide information to QS
* Attendance of on-site meetings,
* Responsible for Dealing with and managing sub – contractors and staff onsite
* Responsible for QA works for the Electrical packages
What you need
You’ll need to have the following to be eligible for the role:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Black Card
* Minimum NVQ level 3 in relevant mechanical field or HNC / HND in electrical engineering or building services.
* 3 years experience as an Mechanical Site Manager
