M&E Package Manager – Vienna, Austria – EU passport holders
Our client is a world-class, fully integrated infrastructure provider delivering expertise to the UK and Europe’s largest construction projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Participate in tender, preconstruction, and construction phases as required.
* Fully understand all project objectives.
* Build, develop, support, and maintain the project team.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and all external parties.
* Monitor progress with up-to-date programs to provide clear, timely direction to the team on critical construction/financial targets.
* Develop the Tender Programme into a construction programme.
* Manage and maintain the Site Management Plan.
* Identify and evaluate risks, manage actions, and maintain the Risk Register.
* Manage and control changes to scope, requirements, and personnel.
* Monitor progress against cost plans, programmes, and quality/environmental plans.
* Engage stakeholders effectively.
* Develop and protect subcontractor relationships and contribute to industry recognition.
* Manage design processes.
* Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by Management.
