Letting Administrator
We are hiring a full-time Administrator to support our team. The ideal candidate loves working in a fast-paced environment and has experience handling sensitive information, answering questions and providing support to staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and performing clerical work.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skill in the property field.
The candidate must be confident, persuasive and outspoken.
Letting Administrator Responsibilities:
* Organising and managing digital resources.
* File management.
* Data entry.
* Managing emails and telephone calls.
* Ensuring digital security policy compliance.
Job working hours 10am-6pm.
Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
Qualification: A/L or equivalent
1-year minimum experience is required or we can provide training with the suitable candidate.
Prefer other languages: Tamil (not mandatory).
Two references are required- 1. personal and 2. professional
